Retrieving styles data failed!

Hi. I have this message when trying to access the customier : Retrieving styles data failed!

I have removed my old template wich used gantri, as i found in your forums, but it didn't fixed the problem. Any help ?

Hi there, you need to remove the complete "gantry" extensions, not only the gantry theme.
Go to extensions > manage > search for >> gan
Deinstall all gantry based things
