Submenu not visible when anchor is visible

Hello Community,

I have a slight problem with anchors in an article:
The submenu in the sidebar is only visible as long as there is no anchor in the viewport of the page:
Page

For example: If you scroll down to "Highlights" and reload the page the menuitem "GL.evo" is collapsed and can't be opened either.

Is there a way to do a workaround?

the close and open function of the menu item is not working if youre using an "anchor" link.

Here is an instruction how to add a scroll to function to a menu item.
But I think its working only for main menu item and not in the accordion menu.
