Installation problem with quickstart

Hi, I have serious problems with this quickstart template, I can not install it.
That the installation of the DB, the installation stops and come back to the part 3 of joomla! installation. I thought it was a database engine problem, but it is entirely correct (all in InnoDB), MySQL server and the installation sql files are InnoDB.
When the installation bar reaches half, crashes and comes back in the third installation of Joomla! (part3, Overview).
I have a very fast dedicated server (8 core and 32gb Ram) installed with over 30 other web pages with Joomla!.
max_execution_time in PHP.INI is in 600.
Going to open phpMyAdmin, we clearly see that the tables have been set up to "yvq_banner_clients".
Can you help me?

php_value upload_max_filesize 8M
php_value max_execution_time 600
php_value memory_limit 128M

And please make sure that you are using the SQLi for Joomla installation.
