I am using the Pure OnePage template.
It took me a while to understand that this template is not intended to use the normal menu structure with articles but that everything needed to be in custom modules
Nevertheless I would like to work with a number of dedicated landing pages that are NOT a part of the main OnePage, but do have the same look & feel as the main site:
f.e. mainsite.com (has the Pure Template)
mainsite.com/coaching (should have the same look & feel)
mainsite.com/training (should have the same look & feel)

What would be the easiest way to accomplish this?

thats not possible with a onepage design.
A onepage design always stay on "one page" and no other subfolder in url.

I really do like your templates and would like to keep using these. What would be the "most compatible (in look & feel)" multi-page template that you have?
Is there a commercial solution that we can find to make the switch less painful for me?

Hello, if you want to have more onepage designs you have to install Joomla for each domain folder
