schaffe es nicht beim Article Slider "Read more" in Weiterlesen zu ändern.

cogoli.tz-marketing.com/

Habe overrides ausprobiert, nichts ändert sich.

Brauchst kein Override, kannst du doch im Modul direkt eingeben/ändern:
