Hey guys
I have a problem with module alignment which is driving me nuts. I put a gallery ( widgekit ) into module top-c width 700px.
Also in top-c is a table width 250px. Total size of template is 980px so that leaves me with a gap between them of 30px.
I set the module to the first double.
Now problem number 1 is the gallery should technically adjust in size if i change size of the table on the right, but is not doing it ?!?!
Down below i have a floating menu in side bar a , at the moment text in joomla content section and a table in side bar-b
( see screen shot ) now if i remove joomla content and replace with a module alignment goes over board.
All i want really is that everything is lining up to the gallery above and the table on the right.
That would give me about 200px for the floating menu + 30px gap + 250px for table (sidebar-b )+ 30px gap +470px for another module in the middle.
I have absolutely no idea what i am doing wrong here.
See Attachment ( screen shot )
Thanks a lot
Arno

Hi there,
1.) Dont math with any pixels, coz the double layout will be generated with percent = 66% / 33%
2.) Dont use tables
3.) Set the sidebar percent to the right one and try how width is the right one. ( 33%)
4.) Please use the Firebug to analyze the gap and precent width
>> Live url please
