Hello.
After installing the Ultimate theme it took me a while to get used to Joomla, I haven't used it for some time..
I found the module for Google Maps that displays at the bottom of the home page, but found that the editor was empty..
Also showing source seemed to show nothing?

I added some text into the editor and saved , now I see the text but the map has gone?

can someone please advise me on these questione?

1.How do I get the original map back to displaying?
2.how do I then edit the map to show my required location?
3.how then do I add extra markers onto the map?

Hi there,
1.) The Joomla editor has no rights to insert any iframe map and delete the iframe always when you save the page
2.) Disable the Joomla Html Editor > Editor = No
3.) Now you can insert any map or video with iframe

If I use an iframe though wont this then stop responsive display of the google Maps?

In the original install of the demo content how was this map created?

You have to change the pixel width from your iframe to 100%.

Problem solved.
