Hi, I bought the X2 template and installed it. In the styles menu I do not see the Full Size Video options that appears in the demo. How can I enable the full video?
Please help me.

The pro version has the video option included, maybe you installed the free version?

I bought the X2-video. After buying the template I received an email with the download link. The name of the package I downloaded through this link and installed is jp_x2_unzip_first. It looks the same name as the free version... May be the link is wrong? How can I check if it's the pro version or the free one?

After digging in the template I found the solution. The template I was using was the pro one but I did not enable the video in the template profile. Now it works.
