I noticed that in templates 1stclass and snowflake, there are no 2.5 versions. Are all new templates coming out will no longer have 2.5 versions? Thanks

Yes youre right:
The end of Joomla 2.5's life-cycle is approaching. At the end of 2014 Joomla will offically be dropping support for Joomla 2.5 as conveyed here: developer.joomla.org/development-status.html .
From this Dezember on, we would focus on developing and releasing template supported Joomla 3.x series ONLY. And now it is possible to continue development on the 3.x series without locking into a specific release as the LTS release, which enables a longer support period for the 3.x series overall.
However, if you have already purchased our Joomla 2.5 template, do not worry, because we still provide support to all of Joomla 2.x series products which were released before, according to company’s policy.
