The style 3 is only available in JP-Flexible and not in Galeria Template.
And what do you want to publish in sidebar > content or menu?

The galeria Theme has a module position "sidebar" where you can publish content. If you want to puvlish a menu you have to setup the menu on module position "menu"

No, not possible. The menu must be published at the sidebar
