Any ideas on how to make the animation function (and others) work on modules rendered inside an article with: {module module type|showtitle=1}

If you want to animate a module inside an article you have to put a DIV around the loading module syntax.

<div data-uk-scrollspy="{cls:'uk-animation-fade'}">
{load module...}
</div>
