in your site I downloaded the galeria template but now i would like to translate read more in french ... i try a lot of things without success :

in language folder :
edit :
en-GB.com_k2.ini : NOK
en-GB.mod_k2_content.ini : NOK

some ideas ?

Sorry, I thought you need the readmore translation from K2 component.
But I think you need to translate the readmore from "roksprocket" module.
The readmore button can be changed at this file:
...\components\com_roksprocket\language\en-GB
or here
..\templates\jp-galeria\roksprocket\layouts\grids\language\en-GB
