Hi, Folks,
Have just installed HiFi template, and when I start the Template Style Customizer, I get an error 'Unable to retrieve /templates/jp-hifi/less/customizer.json (Not Found)" Path appears good, .json file is present, no apparent permissions problems, MIME type .json enabled in IIS admin.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I need to be looking at?
Many thanks

Hi there, JoomlaPlates. Thank you for your quick response.
I have worked my way through the tutorial quoted and still have the same problem.
I've created a new site from the Joomla 3.4.1 distribution, and have loaded nothing but HiFi, and still have the same behaviour.
I've also tried to use your 'Work' template with the same result.
Do you have any other thoughts?
Thanking you.

Can I get admin access and maybe FTP access too.
Mail me the data to: support@joomlaplates.com
I think its a problem with the IIS2.

Hi there, JoomlaPlates.
Thank you for your offer of help with configuring IIS - it was much appreciated, but as it turns out unnecessary, as I appear to have sorted it out.
The advice to ensure that the json mime types were enabled in IIS was on the right track, but apparently didn't go quite far enough.
Although IIS Manager showed the json mime type as present, the config file at %USERPROFILE%\Documents\IISExpress\config\applicationhost.config did not include it. Once I added it there, the customiser worked fine.
Thank you for your producing some of the best templates I have seen, and for supporting them with a similar level of professionalism.
