i just replaced the original "logo-small.png" with an own one. (I modified the origin). After uploading the new one, the Logo does not appear anymore and the big background logo is only seeable in its bottom-part.

How can i fix it, and how can i replace the small logo without this result?

First at all, always insert your live Url please otherwise we guess whats wrong.

1.) Mobile logo = module position "logo-small"
2.) Desktop Logo = module posiiton "logo"

I only replaced the file "logo-small.png" via FTP. I did no changes at the Modul-Positions. The modified png-file has the same dimensions like the origin. Thats why I'm wondering that it doesn't work.

as I told you before. The logo-small is only for mobile devices and its available:
But your "logo.png" is no more available.
