Top-a background folds horizontaly after resize was created by Goodstuff

The background of the top position folds horizontally and stays 35 px high after resizing the window to a mobile size and back. The module thats placed in that position doesn't reappear. After reloading the page or opening another page the background and module reappear.
Do you have any idea why this would happen?

It depends on your installed extension like >> djslider-loader88
