The style settings don't hold when I go to view the site URL. No video, no social media icons etc.
When I access the site from within the joomla3x admin panel, I sometimes don't get the video content either. And modules previsoulsy assigned to template positions are suddenly no longer assigned.

OK, I am giving you live URL and admin access by your Contact form (which I presume is your "mail form?")
I had this working ok on Friday, now on Monday I have these issues:
1. My full-screen video is now very small in footprint
2. The video doesn't play
3. The video (if I could get it to play) seems to be atop the template rather than under the main menu where it was playing previously
4. My custom CSS file is being ignored. There are 2 module title on the homepage but they don't have the custom CSS formatting that would give them the green title like the article has.
Upon seeing that this worked Friday but not today, Monday, I uninstalled & re-installed the template & widget but still can't restore things to working status.
thank you for any assistance you can give - it is probably something in my admin setup...
I had even uninstalled/re-installed the template but
