Translate "Raed More"

Translate "Raed More" was created by farzalid

Dear Sir,
I need to translate "Read More" in slideshow module but I can't find it in language files. (No.2 in attached snapshot)
And a popup try to open after few seconds in website and firefox block it. How can I remove it? (No.1 in attached snapshot)

I read that link but I don't know where is that files to edit.
I need path of files.

Dont manipulate the org files.
You have to create an oveeride like description.
