PLease check your logo module source code.
And please delete the "p" tags from the image. Maybe you have to disable the "stupid" Joomla editor and insert only the img tag to the html module

With the editor on, i erase the p tags and as i save the changes they reappear.
With the editor of i can erase the tags but the bar thoesn't disappear.
