on my samsung tab 4 the backround image is not responsive..on my mobile too....i don t know why ? www.sophrologue-trevoux.fr

Hi there, the background is responsive:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Responsive_web_design

The background image is visible in all mobile devices, and what do you mean with "its not responsive"

Thats not possible, the image is a full height size background image.
And if you shrink the width to your phone you have no more height > see image attached
