I ve changed my background content with an opacity effect but i can't change the top border of the content.

Where can i can i change it please?

In fact i ve found the css style but i ve found it in the cache file ...so my opacity is not permanent.

If you have found the css Style you should copy this css style to your own css/custom.css
Did you read the description, how to customize
