Hi,
when I'm on a site related to a submenu entry (e.g. Products -> Product 1) and I'm clicking on Products, I'm not able to get on the Products page again as the link is changing to .../products/product1#top instead of /products. Clicking on Products from a different site but the submenu entries works fine.

I'm using Joomla 3.4.8 Stable

And please make sure, if you have 2 same menu items you are using for one of them > System > Menu Item Alias

You can try reproducing it with "Theme Features" for example.
Installed from Quickstart, afterwards updated Joomla to 3.4.8 Stable ( 24-December-2015 19:30 GMT)
