Want to add a css style to the Read More link was created by sedonagate

I want to add a special button style to my "Read More" text. How can I add a css style to just this link using the admin? Or do I have to edit a file directly via FTP to make a style that will only affect this text?
Thanks for your help with this.

Hello, I hope you can help me. I really could use some guidance on how to add an extra style to my template. I would like to add a special css to the Read More link but don't know which file to edit to add this in. I don't see where I can add an extra class to the read more link in the admin, etc.
PLEASE HELP... THANK YOU!

If you want to have a special style for the "read more" from the Joomla articles you have to create an override.
For example, just take the Joomla article layout /warp/systems/joomla/layouts/article.php and copy it to your style folder /styles/STYLE-NAME/layouts/article.php and modify it. > See image below and add a css class for the "read more"
Now your modified article layout file will be used instead of the default system layout.
