[SOLVED] expand section

I have reordered each section and I am wondering how to extend this section so it expands to cover the entire page. See image

Ive changed my request to extend copy across two module positions, bottom d. Usually they will expand if the space is available, in this case for this template, it does not. could you provide how to make this change.

You can setup the module layout withing Joomla template options > Layout > Grid
