Titles disappeared in strips that were originally in the topB position. Once I moved them to the topA position, the titles disappeared.

Please setup the link color ( #000) for the module position "top-a", because you have a background in white with link headlines in white too!!

Problem solved.

I spoke to soon! I went into the customizer and changed the color of links and color to black. I did this for the default and for the bright (which is the design color I chose to use) it is still not showing up. What else could it be?

Hi there, if you cant do the changes via Customizer, please analyze the code and add the css style to your css/custom.css
