how can i choose not to display the headbar on mobile, but display it on tablet & desktop?

Add a module class suffix uk-visible-large for the headerbar module:

How & where do i do this for the Life template?

i am using a widgetkit slideshow panel in the Headerbar position.
I can't see where to set the mobile settings for this. Do i need to change it to Roksprocket or is there somewhere on the template that i can disable the Headerbar position being displayed on mobile?

Its the same:
1.) Goto the module where the Widgetkit is placed > Advanced > Module Class Suffix
2.) Insert the module class suffix shown above "uk-visble-large"
