Option to set number of columns has disappeared was created by bluecie

Hi,

My main menu has been setup to show the submenu's in 3 columns.
For one reason or the other, the possibility to set the number of columns under the Template management > Warp: Menus has disappeared.
I'm comparing with the demo site which still has these textboxes.
What is worse is that after changing a submenu, the 3-column formatting is gone on my live site (since I did not made the change on the dev site, it is still okay over there.

The live site is on www.bluecie.com
The dev site is on dev.bluecie.com (offline)

The site has just been updated to J! 3.5.0.

Any ideas how I can get those backend settings back so I can correct the columns formatting ?

Thanks,
Mario

Hi there,
it has nothing todo with Joomla 3.5 update, see image attached.
I think any script or installed extension is blocking the theme backend.

Please check the PHP version and the requirements of the template:
-PHP 5.3+
-PHP Multibyte String support
-PHP JSON support
-PHP DOM XML support

Nothing changed in regards to PHP version etc. (hosting is still the same and all was still fine yesterday).
All was fine (thus the template requirements were met - I have been developing this site since end 2015).

The only activity that I have performed on both www and dev environments were:
- updating extensions to the most recent versions (I'm using extensions/components/plugins from JoomlaThat, NoNumber, RSJoomla and RokSproket).
- updating the Joomla version to 3.5.0

Changing the name of a submenu is what I believe has triggered this. So it is possible the rootcause was already there for a longer time, but the issue only expressed itself when I touched the submenu.

Is there any way I can pin point what might be causing this ?
