Joomla 3.5.1. with Worldnews template

I've changes the color settings of the main-menu beam (with WARP), but it only appears on the Home page.
How do Imake it appear on the main-menu on all pages?

When I enlarge the font setting (with WARP) in the main-menu nothing happens. When I change it to "Bold" the text appears bold but i can't make it larger.
