I renewed my subscription so I could upgrade my client's template (Rooms) I have had to transfer all his information from the old site to this new one. I have upgraded the Warp as instructed but when I went to adjust the template, it turned off the left side and removed the background image. I try to change it back and nothing happens. I feel like this is very unstable. Please help with this issue. Need this ASAP

And if you update the theme or the framework nothing of your setup should be gone.

I was able to get everything to show up by reinstalling the template through FTP. But when I try to just change the transparency of the image (from 0.5 to 0.3) and save it, the left side disappears and I have to reinstall the template.
