Hi,
after installing JP-Pure on my (test) system. I got a white screen on loocking at the frontend.
i have
php 7
joomla 3.6.4
databse 5.6.29

can you please help me.

White Screen is a PHP error.
Please setup the error message reporting level to >> maximum ( Joomla Configuration )
Now you will see an error message instead of a white screen.

1.) Whats your test system? Xampp or Mac system or online server??
2.) What did you installed? Quickstart or the Template only?

i set debug to on and level to maximum,
but still a white screen, no errors.
The test system, is a subdomain of my website. So linux and apache.
I created the testsystem by using akeeba backup and restore it in a sub domain.

I do not know what is used. i think i installed a template because o do not know what quickstart is.
I unzipped the unzip_me_first and then installed the zip file i found in the template.

i tryed JP_Group, that seems to work, but i realy want jp-pure

the Pure theme is working with PHP 7.
Please use the quickstart package and not any Akeeba backup files... I think akeeba is the problem..

If i use quickstart do i loose any articles, photos, components etc ?

No you do not lose anything!!
If any Joomla extension is not working you can switch back to PHP 5.6
