Good evening. We purchased the jp-ice template, but we are having some problems.

The visualization of our site is perfect in desktop mode.

In phone mode the template fits perfectly in both horizontal and landscape mode (so it becomes responsive, the menu is displayed in offcanvas and the logo gets smaller and fits the screen as shown in the attached images).

However, in tablet versions the display is as you can see from the images below. The menu overlays the slideshow and the logo does not shrink so the visualization is not good. How can I solve the problem? Thanks a lot in advance and good evening.

Hi there,
your logo is too big or the menu items has to much space.
Youn change the grid > breakpoints in customizer to show the offcanvas menu earlier
Therefore search the forum for breakpoints

I have another question: in the demo template the logo and the menu go down when i scroll the page and are always visible. How can I activate this function?

You can setup the sticky menu function in theme settings

Hello, I have actually the oposit problem

The logo doesn't stay in the side of the menu Icon, i've been looking in the forum for several option, changing the values in the breakpoints doesn't change anything for me and also i can't see the custom css file in the file list i have so i can't add the solution you offered to another user
