Hamburger Menu on Mobile - Sub-menus? was created by dlong

On a mobile device using Chrome or Edge, the menu contracts okay to a hamburger menu. But the hamburger menu doesn't allow access to any sub-menu. I can see the arrow "V" or "<" indicating a sub-menu, but I can't get the link pressed for activation; invariably the parent menu will pop up. Any suggestions?

Hello,
please make sure that you have setup the top menu item like a separator.
If you set the 1st level menu item to an article then the site is loading and the 2st level could not be opened.
PS: Live Url please.

I've added a new menu as a separator on the root, and pushed the old Activities menu as a child menu to it, and now the sub menus work on a mobile device. How do I then hide this new menu tagged as a separator? It shows up on a PC as well as a mobile device. I'd rather not have people see the menus: "Home" then "Separator V" then "Calendar", etc.
