Hi forum,

I am running Grill template version 1.0.001 with Warp version 7.3.34 on Joomla 3.9.1.
I wanted to customize the page layout style through the Warp customizer but it throws the following error: "Retrieving styles data failed!".
I remember I tried at the beginning after template fresh installation and it was working.
I honestly do not recall playing with that customization even though I might have changed the default files, did not make a copy of the default, may bad.
I do not know if this is the root cause of my problem, I searched for a while but could not find any solution to fix the issue.

Can someone help me?

I found out the problem is Gantry, need to disable it and then can modify the style.
Can you please point me to a good tutorial on how to use the Customizer option?

Hello sir. I saw the Video but when I click on costumizer I have this error "RETRIEVING STYLES DATA FAILED!"
