We are trying to place a picture in the background of the Agency Template, but the picture doesn't cover the whole section of bottom B.
How can we solve this so there are no white space left on the top and the bottom of the picture.

you can not use 2 background images in a row.
You need one color background and then one background. Otherwise you have to change the transformatation

1.) The background can be changed in customizer
2.) Change the padding to for the section if the transformation is not showing the image

Sorry the transformation can be changed only in css
