my client was complaining, that the buttons at the JP perfect template won't change the color on Mouseover at Chrome.
And unfortunatly it's true.
Could you please send a solution for this. Thank you.

Did you tried that on our demo and with your Google Chrome. Maybe you have some plugin installed on chrome which is the issue

Try it with Chrome (Win, Mac).
I installed Chrome even freshly > no MouseOver.
