After I follow all instructions QuickStart- I am able to get to my site installation page. Once I install Joomla and include the Demo Package- my site will only go to a blank page both for site and admin site. If i install Joomla without Demo- I am able to log in.

Please advise on best resolve- i have fought around with this for hours now.
If we cannot get this resolved- I will need a refund as the template will be useless to me.

Hello,
if your site is blank try following
1.) Install the quickstart
2.) Switch back to PHP 5.6
3.) Update the Joomla
4.) Switch to PHP 7.2 again.

Btw, which PHP versionis on your server running?

PS: Wie have updated the quickstart Package to Joomla 3.9.8.
Please re download the theme package and try it.
