[SOLVED] Gusto Template Not Changing

I'm using Gusto template for Joomla 3.x. My issue is that I'm trying to change styles from dark green to light green with no success. I uploaded the template ( not quickstart package) only to my Joomla site. I don't have this issue when I used another template and I uploaded using quickstart. What am I doing wrong? I'm using Joomla 3.x and php 7.3
