Can't install sample data on local server was created by chepolshevsky

Can't install sample data on local server. What's wrong? Screenshots of the installation process attached. I can't attach server configuration files, but I can send them by e-mail.

Solved!
The problem was "max_execution_time = 600". By default, my server was set to "max_execution_time = 60".
