just purchased the sport template. went to install quick start package 3.
Definitely during install made sure demo content installed to get an install like the demo.
Eveything seems to be fine and the install goes to the end.
Two problems however exist after install .
The first been i am not able to get the admin page up an 1054 error shows and to correct this i have to go to database and use console feature to run a query to solve this and gain access to the admin:
ALTER TABLE `xxx_menu_types` ADD COLUMN `client_id` int(11) NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;

UPDATE `xxx_menu` SET `published` = 1 WHERE `menutype` = 'main' OR `menutype` = 'menu';
The xxx is substituted with the table prefex.
The error sometimes suggest a update fault from earlier versions of joomla but its a clean install using your quickstart 3 package.
Although this gains me access to the admin things still do not seem right with the install because things like manage , install plugin seems missing.
all the above seems to me thats a fault with the package i downloaded from yourselves after purchasing the template.
I have tried a clean install three times now and same result. I have downloaded a fresh version joomla 3 from joomla site and installed this with no issues at all.
The second problem:
Although during install made sure demo content installed but the end result is just sport logo showing on virtually a blank page and reading support and install instructions this suggest that i did not install the demo content during the install but has mentioned i made sure the radio button for demo content was checked in all three attempts.
Please can anyone advise or check sport template package3

Many thanks for your response.
I have tried what you suggested and the plugins have now been restored.
However the install seems not to as mentioned before installed the demo data.
Whilst looking in the template area i find ever so strange it says that i have an install of the JP perfect template aswell.
I have not purchased this.
I tried setting this template to default but still the sport template shows ,just the logo and almost a blank page.
