Are you sure you mean the blog layout of Joomla? Becasue there is no mansory!
BTW The blog layout, and the joomla articles can be changed at the menu item of your blog

Im normalen Layout des Tempaltes werden die Artikel nicht obenbündig in einer Reihe dargestellt sondern passen sich in der Höhe der obigen Einträge an. Ich wünsche mir das immer alle horozontal auf der gleichen obern Reihe starten. Braucht es eine css Anpassung dafür oder gibt es verschiedene Blog LAyouts im Template?

Yes the heigh of the artiles in blog must be done with css> min-height
