Hi, I installed this template on a website (not the quickstart) and i put a menu item to point to a category that has subcategories and show it as a blog and it is not showing the categories. If I change template or disable the category override under the template (templates/jp-brush/html/com_content/category) it is showing the subcategories as it is supposed to. I looked around the template options and cannot find anything helpful.
Can you please let me know how to fix this other than disabling the category override of the template?

Thank you

I create a category blog menu item in the admin. That category has subcategories with images and articles.
I go to the website, click on the menu item and I see nothing. Blank. Nothing there. No subcategories not their names not their images

I go to the admin section, change the default site template. go to the front website, refresh subcategories show up
