Hi,
We are a happy customer of your template Perfect 2. I have encountered a problem with page views associated with a category in joomla 3.9 that I have not been able to solve. We are testing(not production still) our personalization.
You can check our customization of your template on the following web page:
www.iproom.net/es_new/
The problem that I have found is that in the sample of a page associated with a category, all the modules configured on the home page appear, although we only want some of them to be displayed in this kind of page of joomla. You can see an example in the following url:
www.iproom.net/es_new/9-servicios
That corresponds to the view of the category "servicios". I have not found a way to deactivate the modules that we do not want to be seen on this type of joomla page.
The old template we used for our website does not have this problem as you can see in the following url:
www.iproom.net/es/9-servicios
Could you help us to deactivate the modules that we do not want on the page associated with the view of a category?
I am a full stack developer with a lot of experience in php so in the help you can offer me you can give all kinds of technical explanations that I will know how to apply.
Greetings and thanks in advance for your work,
Salvador

Hi Salvador,
it has something todo with the module assignment.
Please check if the modules are assigned to all menu items, If yes, assign the module only to the wanted menu items except "servicios"

Hi,
First of all thank you for your quick response.
If I have assigned the modules that I want to be seen on the home page and those that did not want to be seen in the menu module assignment. If you navigate through the main menu you will see that many of the modules associated with your excellent template are deactivated when you navigate through the menus and are only seen on the home page.
The same problem I have found for the default view for a category is present for the default view of an article.
I give you an example. You can use the main menu to access the joomla article "Clientes" -> "Riu Hotels & Resorts" and you will see that it is accessed and to the following page:
www.iproom.net/es_new/clientes/riu-hotels-and-resorts
In which the modules that we do not want to see are not shown except on the home page.
On the other hand, if you use ID of the article, that in this case it is 24, that is, you do not use the alias associated to the page, and access to the same joomla article through the following url:
www.iproom.net/es_new/24-riu-hotels-and-resorts
All the modules we do not want active and are present.
If you navigate through the menu there is no problem in assigning modules per page. If you do it through the shortcut of the article code/category code, the modules are shown.
If in your opinion this problem cannot be fixed, we will have to review all the links in the joomla articles to ensure that there is no link using the id of the article / category.
Thanks again in advance for your work,
Greetings,
Salva
