Replace this code within the config of the slider

<a class="uk-button scroll "href="#top-c"> Lets Go </a>

with this

<a class="uk-button"href="menu item link to article"> Lets Go </a>

But take the org Joomla article links only. YOu can get the info in the menu item

Ok YOu dont mean the unite slider you mean the showcase shortcode module.
And "no" you cant do it. It will be open inline, But you can change it if you change the shortcode of the module.

You can create a new showcase shortcode and test it how you like.
