What's the problem?

In "options" in my template> "navigation", I don't flag the fixed navigation option...but nothing happens
You advise me to delete the layouts that I don't use... but I don't know how I can delete the layouts...I go to template (settings area)> layouts> I have 2 options: default and "startsite"...

About the visibility for article in home page, now I work with "hide system output" option, and I set all the homepage with modules, and this works fine.

thanks, I delete the startsite layout...but unfortunately the sticky menu doesn't work.
The setting for fixed menu is not enabled...
The other problem is that the customizer doesn't work.
