I added tp-me on the local test site: css files are in both folders templates and media, an no problem with JCE

Please reinstall the JCE and see if the styles are there. So install over it and don't delete it first.

As you can see on the Github discussion, it's seems to be a Astroid bug. So we will know tomorrow if Sonny Le is right or not.

Sorry but i use the jce editor pro 2.9.30 with Astroid 2.6.1 an TP-Version 1.3.10 and the styles are displayed.

i go from 2.5.19 to 2.5.20 an than to 2.6.1
