Problem with saving changes

I made a new installtion on the server with the quickstart_j4.zip an here it´s the same problem. Installation works fine. If i make changes in the astroid settings in the template they are saved but not shown in the backend. If i press F5 in the browser the view will be reloaded and the new entry is shown. So the problem should not be in my database or an copy error. There is a comunication problem with astroid and the server. Can someone give me mre options to check an the server, to have some informations to termine the error. Thank you.

Is it possible to get payed support direct from the template producer so they will have a look on the providers server, my installation an the behavier of the astroid template in the backend with an remote maintenance with me?
To see the problem and maybe have an idea for a solution?
Thank you.

There is little we can do because the hoster is responsible for it and has to offer a solution. We've run thousands of customer installs with none of these issues. You are welcome to send us access data (superuser) for the Joomla backend and we will take a look.

Hello,
sorry but this thread goes to far without any result
1.) If its working on local Server, make a backup with Akeeba and install it on online server
2.) Please check your "tmp" path and your htaccess and so on.
3.) Check the configuartion.php file
It seems a problem with your server or your installation from local to online server and not a template related problem

I've got the same problem ...
Installed TP_brush, installation went fine, no errors.
But cannot make any changes to the astroid framework.
When i press "Save" the screen grays out but nothing else happens. it stays like this indefinitely.
Also, not able to press export
I installed the demo theme from astroid and here there are no problems, i cant save and export
So i do not think it is a server problem.
I already reinstalled the theme but no joy.
Tried PHP 8.0 and 8.1
Installed via Akeeba (quickstart)
transferd the zip with filezilla
Any suggestions?
