In this JP-Classic template website  on every page rebuild.the Header/Menu.
sdtools.nl/ja50-classic-test

However in this website  with the Classic templates the Header/Menu stay "fixed".
sdtools.nl/ja50-classic-demo

The Template Header/Menu has the same parameters on both websites.
What to do?
Is this a Joomla issue? And can I set DO NO T EMPTY CACHE  somewhere?
Or is it yet a Astroid parameter somewhwere? Witch I can set?

What do you mean with rebuild??

I mean,
Every time you click on a menu in
sdtools.nl/ja50-classic-test

this page has a delay in building up the page.
This are simple pages.

the other website:
sdtools.nl/ja50-classic-demo
Has no page build delay. When clicking on a menu. The page is precent at once

Hello, the site is always refresh when you hit a link coz its a CMS.
Maybe you just notice it because the site is loading too slow or the image is too big
