I am bit testing on solcer.eu for a customer 
working with template surfing and joomla 5

normally i allways have the title of a module visible
but now i do not see any title of the module
and in joomla itself its ok. 

on the page "contact" there are above the 4 pics at the bottom 3 modules. and i can not see any title of the module
what do i have to change to see the moduletitles?

Module titles are only displayed if this is also set to Show Yes in the module on the right:

 

This is always the case with Joomla.

In joomla show title is ON (was allready)

How can i solve the issue

Please check the module to see which header tag you entered under Advanced (H1-H6). Then go to the template options and check what's specified for typography (H1-H3). Adjust the typography for all display sizes. This may be the cause. Also pay attention to the font color.

checked it out and in Joomla it is H3
in Surfing set the px size and color tot 14px and black
but the result: nothing.

strange because in the sourcecode you  see that there is no space blank where the moduletitle should be. Seems to me that there is a mistake in the template.

I allready use JP templates for years and years for different customers and never had an issue.
Untill now

SOLVED 
in layout of template surfing when editing an element then select module position and in general setting Type i used tot choose module but now i use position and then it is ok
