Ok, do you mean the article of the K2 content.
If you dont want the lightbox you have to insert an image into the K2 article.
And delete the image source from K2 item.

I want the lightbox image with the zoom effect when the cursor is over the image.
I want the K2 article image also but without the zoom effect when the cursor is over the image.

1.) You have the module images ( roksprocket)
2.) You have an image from K2 content

If you want to remove the "zoom" effect, edit the joomlplates.css, see image below

That didn't work for me. The image is still zooming in.
