I've created a couple of new menus. As you can see, the attached had a clear background. I've underlined it so you can see it better. I've looked everywhere and I can't figure out how to make that background a color to match the rest of the site. Would you please put me out of my misery and show me where I can do that? Thanks.

you can set the the background color in customizer > advanced > navbar

I did that but it did nothing. What am I missing? Also, I don't want the navbar changed I want the background for the menu link.

I have those settings the way I want them and they work for all menu links EXCEPT the new menus I've created. No matter what I do, those new menu items continue to look like they do in the first attachment. Is there an extra step I need to take for new menus that I create that aren't part of the original template?

I got it now. I had the link to "home" setup incorrectly. It's working properly now. Thank you!
