ok I was lookig in the admin area but I couldnt find a solution.
I think there is something wrong with the language settings.
I installed another theme and here is the customizer not working too. Maybe a server issue.
If youre not happy with, I can offer you a refund.

not, it's not necessary, because I made the changes using FTP and working with css files directly, and it's works fine.
The last themes I buy with joomlaplates are all the same problem, I try to contact the server (but I have other joomlaplates templates who works fine!) and maybe is the language or server, I don't know.

Where wich url? Maybe your logo is too heigh or too width, thats the reason why it disappear
